机械剥离法石墨烯
我公司采用清华大学深圳研究生院独家技术开发的石墨烯批量制备工艺,可以低成本大批量制备石墨烯粉体。以石墨烯和碳纳米管复合导电剂浆料为导电剂,可以实现面 - 面接触和面 - 线接触的导电体系,用以代替目前锂离子电池正极材料上所使用的导电炭黑。可显著提高电极材料容量发挥,降低电池内阻,提高倍率性能和循环寿命,改善电池的高低温和安全性能。石墨烯导电剂适用于三元、钴酸锂、锰酸锂、磷酸铁锂等多个正极体系,综合性能优越。
Mechanical peeling of graphene
We can produce the graphene powder with low cost and massive production by the graphene batch preparation process, which is developed by Graduate School at Shenzhen, Tsinghua University. With graphene and carbon nanotube composite conductive agent slurry as conductive agent, conducting system of surface-surface contact and surface-wire contact can be realized. and can be used to replace the conductive carbon black, which is widely used for anode materials of lithium ion batteries in present. Graphene can decrease the battery internal resistance and improve the electrode material capacity, rate capability, battery cycle life, the high-low temperature performance, and the safety performance of the battery. Graphene-conductive agent has superior comprehensive properties and is suitable for multiple anode systems like ternary, lithium cobalt oxide, lithium manganese oxide, and lithium iron phosphate.
